The staff is outstanding and very empathetic, willing to provide us the best experience. Gerrard Brewer was really interested in proving us all the information and the potential best deal for our purposes. He helped selling the building.

We just did an amazing tour with Gerrard Brewer . The staff was super friendly, showed us more than one apartment option, as well as all the amenities. Gerard took time to explain us how everything worked as well as all that the neighborhood offers. We felt taken care of. The location of the building is awesome and the view is great! We loved it.

I love working with Gerrard, he gives the most thorough tours and he always take the best of care of my clients searching for a new home. He is super friendly and knowledgeable and my clients love his energy. He does a really good job of painting a picture of what it will feel like to live at the property. Overall a great experience working with him!
