Better than before but still needs lots of improvement
Lefrak is the worst possible apartment you can rent. The tenants are mostly there because they have nowhere else to go. Their Maintnance office is never open *during* business hours. They are unreachable by phone calls, and they take lunch break from 11AM-2 PM They also leave the premises before 4PM (the stated time). Their leasing office/management offices are also very non-accommodating. They're mistreating their union workers causing them to strike in front of residential properties annoying the residents like pests, even though the residents have absolutely no say in this. Refuse to do anything about the strike forcing innocent residents to deal with nuisance and noise in front of their building.
