Responses are generally quick when something breaks and needs to be repaired. I'm grateful for that. But the fact that the sidewalks don't get shoveled or salted during the winter is something that really needs to change. This is a hazard for all who live here. If we have landscapers who cut the grass and prune bushes and trees (which we do, and they do a great job) then we ought to also have clear and salted sidewalks. I do appreciate that the parking lot eventually got plowed this past winter. Salting would be nice too.
I lived here for 7 years and would not recommend it. Post covid the rent hikes increased in frequency without any upgrades to the units or the property, only minimal routine maintenance. The garbage disposal broke down often, and after the last repair, the cost was added to my next rent payment...I admittedly procrastonated on asking them to fix this or other issues again for years out of fear of being charged when we were already struggling financially.
