Maintenance department:- Glen provided excellent maintenance service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the visit. The issue was addressed promptly and resolved efficiently, with clear communication at every step. His attention to detail and commitment to quality service are truly appreciated.
I stayed for three years at Sandstone Pointe Apartments and had a wonderful experience there. Maintenance requests were always handled promptly and efficiently. However, since moving to Leewood Village, I have been facing serious maintenance issues. It has been over two weeks, and five of my maintenance requests are still pending without resolution.

Absolutely wonderful! I lived here for five years from 2020-2025, just had to move out now because I’m leaving the province, otherwise I would not have left. This was my first rental experience and I could not have asked for a better rental experience. The best part of this experience was having a professional and courteous maintenance team.
