The equipment at this nursing home was current and safe and I knew that my loved one would be receiving the highest quality of care. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room. Does this provider treat every client equally? No, they definitely favor certain clients Would you recommend this provider to others? Absolutely Not Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
