if I could give 0 stars, I would, based off of Aleta’s costumer service and professionalism alone… I canceled my appointment within the same hour of creating the appointment. I should have been refunded my deposit because I canceled under the terms of her policy. I have YET to see a refund of the full deposit I paid. Apparently she has little knowledge about her own booking site, and never even knew about my appointment. She is extremely negligent with her booking website. Reading some of these reviews and how the stylist responded made me change my mind of booking an appointment. Changing someone’s appointment without telling them just to fit your schedule is crazy. Why not reach out and find out what works for both of you. Why is your time more important than the other. Yes, things happen but communication is key when having or running a business. This is my second time booking with Leetstyles. The first time was rescheduled without my knowledge. But Aleta Kerr has done a great job doing my finger waves. Second time booking it was rescheduled again without my say so nor an explanation. Not knowing if I'm available for such time she rescheduled me for. I'm disappointed because she is a great stylish but poor in communicating. I can't book with someone who isn't reliable nor in a communicating manner. Sadly I'll be booking elsewhere.
