Reading some of these reviews and how the stylist responded made me change my mind of booking an appointment. Changing someone’s appointment without telling them just to fit your schedule is crazy. Why not reach out and find out what works for both of you. Why is your time more important than the other. Yes, things happen but communication is key when having or running a business. This is my second time booking with Leetstyles. The first time was rescheduled without my knowledge. But Aleta Kerr has done a great job doing my finger waves. Second time booking it was rescheduled again without my say so nor an explanation. Not knowing if I'm available for such time she rescheduled me for. I'm disappointed because she is a great stylish but poor in communicating. Ive called and left multiple messages and did not hear a word from her. I love Leet and Lewt Styles. Always a good vibe! Always exceptional service and styling. There is a noticeable difference since I began coming here. I look and feel great!
