I called about a property I was interested in viewing. The woman who answered the phone was impolite. I did not catch her name the first time, so I asked who I was speaking with, then she repeated her "phone answering sentence." I began to ask another question, and she kept repeating her "scripted line!" She would not let me speak enough to ask about the property I was interested in looking at.
