No complaints. Friendly people. My maintenance orders get settled in a timely manner and rent is super easy to pay thru the app. My little sister is looking for an apartment and I referenced her to this place. She also has no complaints so far. Totally recommend going with this company

I recently attempted to rent from this group. They told me the house was move in ready, we signed the lease that says tenants are responsible for clogs. When the water came on the pipes were already clogged, I refused to move in and be responsible for this situation. The workers were calling me to come and let them in like I knew anything about the house I just signed a lease on and couldn't move in. They refused to reimburse me my deposit and rent.
