Horrible experience with service dept. Bought 2021 Atlas and paid for running boards. Scheduled installation three weeks out on a Saturday due to not being in stock. Told it would take about 4 hours to install. Asked if we could have service car as we were driving up from Tampa.We were told we could not so we drove up in two cars. Stayed in town for lunch and shopped. Came back four hours later to be told car needed additional two hours as tech didn't realize plastic needed to come off car.
