Heath did a great job and took care of an issue that Corporate Volkswagen didn’t want to take care of. Kudos to him for stepping up and making a situation right when it was clearly known to be wrong. Because of the way he handled everything, maybe we’ll consider buying another Volkswagen in the future. Great job, Heath!
Kind. Accommodating. Not pushy or high pressure. Genuinely interested in making a good match between car and customer. Stephen and Savannah were my sales team
I had an amazing experience purchasing my new car from Volkswagen! I want to give a special thank you to Cruz and Eric for making the entire process so easy, smooth, and enjoyable. They were both extremely helpful, patient, and professional, and I never felt pressured at any point. They are also always willing to help if there’s an issue which I appreciate very much. Thank you Gentlemen!
Brittany did an excellent job as always! I got four new tires and alignment and I was out of there in 2 hours
