Hats off to the team in endoscopy procedure dept from the nurses to my anestheoligist they took very good care of me also my Dr Gabrielle Cynthia with her caring demeanor latasha with her welcoming smile I don't remember the anestheoligist name she took very much care with knowing I was nervous because of the fact that I stopped breathing in my previous colonoscopy done in the village surgical unit she told me don't worry I got u and she sure did love all of u and again Thank u GBU all

Bad experience... Really it's all in the hcahps scores... Doctors listen score way below national/FL average... seems like this is a leadership problem. CMO needs to take accountability for his medical staff.. Even the cleanliness scores low... Every c-suite person needs to be cleaning toilets during their lunch hour until that improves... Embarrassing

Updating my 5 star review in light of the decision to close the L&D unit. “Pointed to declining birth rates” well this move sure isn’t going to want to encourage more women to have kids and will deter growing families from wanting to move to the area. Maternity care is a large part of “women’s health services”. As someone who utilized UFHealth for delivery earlier this year this is a disappointing move that will be detrimental to the surrounding area. It was my first time going to UF health Leesburg, and all I can say is everybody from the admissions staff to the surgical staff were terrific, very friendly and explained everything in detail A special shout out to Anita And Leslie for going beyond the call of duty. thank everyone so much for all your help

My child was brought here without our knowledge. When we received the bill I attempted to contact them to make financial arrangements along with setting up a payment plan. Their customer service person named "Kai" stated that UF will only allow a payment plan of 4 payments and they would not extend out the plan to accommodate our financial situation. It was either pay the full bill, break it up over 4 payments or go to collections.
