I’m writing this on my wife’s account. I was visiting Florida from Pennsylvania for a death in the family when I started experiencing numbness on my left side, so I went to the emergency room at UF Health Leesburg Hospital. This was by far the best emergency room experience I’ve ever had. The care and compassion of the staff, especially Mark and Jess N my nurse’s and Brittney my nurse practitioner were top notch. Once again, thank you all. Carl
Both my wife and I have received outstanding care here. The physicians have been extremely capable, and the nursing staff exceptional in all that they did!
The staff from labor and delivery was really awesome they treated us like family and I felt they were very professional and caring
Sub standard level of care at this facility. I moved up from south Florida this week and was experiencing chronic sinusitis and pneumonia...my oncologist said to go the the ER. Having the UF name I thought it would be a good choice being a stage 4 cancer patient. I was sooo wrong...checked in at 11:30am and all results were available in my chart by 1:30....I am still here sitting in the lobby waiting to be seen at 7:00pm. My sister was in the Leesburg Hospital sporadically from 2/2023 thru 12/2025. Each time, the nurses from ER and Cardiac Care were excellent.
