Fantastic Hospital with a few poor ER associates. Especially awful was PA Shelton who watched me suffering in severe agony with nerve and muscle injuries between the shoulders and in the neck, a twisted sternoclavicular joint from a fall on stairs to concrete. My colorbone moved up and down nearly 2 inches art my sternum with arm movement. Yet, this untrained physician assistant accused me of being a drug addict that was having withdrawals, and to make matters worse, did it in front of my friends, the ER staff, and my wife. ... read more
Such a terrible hospital, will have you waiting up there for over 12 plus hrs just to be seen, talking bout the major illness will get seen faster than anyone waiting over 12 hrs to be seen for chest pain, and possibly have fluid in lungs, sitting at this hospital people will die because they legit don't care .... Worst experience, never will recommend anyone to go there!!! I had a minor knee injury but the staff did not downgrade it and made my concerns valid and made me feel valued. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. From the security guard at the entrance to the triage nurse to the insurance guy to the Xray tech. My nurse Ileana made me feel at home and pampered me like if I was in a spa. She communicated everything she was doing in detail and was patient while I cursed as I got two shots on my glutes ouchhhh. Good staff. Efficient. It's a hospital so while not perfect. Feel they give it their best effort and overall do well in ER.
