Extraction for my son's teeth they did really great made him feel comfortable!!
I went in a couple months ago for an emergency appointment. My crown had popped off and my normal dentist was closed that day. Modern Dentistry told me that I would have to either get a root canal or extract the underlying tooth because it was severly infected and get a tooth implant which they were happy for to quote. When I asked them if they could call in some antibiotics because of the "severe infection", they said "not necessary, you'll be ok and asked if I wanted to move forward with their quote. The staff is pleasant and Dr. Ali is very professional. The kudos end there. Incredibly frustrating office to deal with. Dr. Ali does NOT do any type of data entry whatsoever. This means that you may have a dental assistant, the front office person or the office manager entering your information at the dental chair. They frequently had teeth entered incorrectly and had to sit through several attempts for them to get the data entry fixed. Patients are overscheduled. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming! I had a wonderful time and they answered whatever questions I had, never making me feel rushed. I would DEFINITELY come back!
