I found Lees trees through a home advisor. Steve was very responsive and came and gave an estimate within a day of contacting him, it all went downhill after that. I called him back about 2 weeks later and spoke with the receptionist at the company on 4/17. I told her that I wanted to accept his estimate and for work to begin. The receptionist told me that I would receive a call from him shortly. I did not receive a call back until 4/29 after I had sent an email. Steve told me that work would start in the last week of May. I had agreed to a contract with Lee's tree's unfortunately it became a horror. The first trip they trimmed tree's and removed overgrown bushes (they showed up without prior notice, a neighbor alerted me to their visit), so I when I showed up they were getting ready to plant these (3) 2.5 feet bushes next to my 5.5-6 foot bushes which wasn't the agreement, I rejected them, they sold them to someone else on the spot.
