my lady went in recently for a simple alignment. they did that. then she asked for an inspection. it was at this point they kept her waiting for another hour and a half, and came back with a list 8-9 isuues long. at least 4-5 grand worth of work that they just now found including brakes, (even though they just did the alignment...). what they didn't know is she had just made the appointment because she couldn't get the appointment at her usual place, and had fixed the bearing that was out, (the only problem they had found), ... read more

I had a really good experience here last week: I stopped in for an inspection and an estimate on brake work.The estimate I got was $70 lower than another local shop. I appreciated their professionalism. I felt valued as a customer. I will be returning soon!
Lee’s tire was recommended by another tire company. When I called and identified that I was with Girl Scouts, I was interrupted and told that they had no money. I politely tried to explain the reason for my call but the employee wouldn’t stop talking so I had to yell STOP. Finally, I said I’m not calling for money. The employee said “then what do you want because I don’t have time for this”. I was looking for used tires that were headed to a landfill to repurpose. Wayne and his staff consistently do a great job for us, both with tires for my car and my husbands big truck as well as my vehicle maintenance. Yesterday they got me in and out quickly after an emergency issue - I really appreciated that because I needed to travel today.
This place always has done their best to keep me and my family on the road. couldn't ask for a more honest and trust worthy punch to work on my cars. Wayne and His crew are amazing!

The folks at Lee Tire in Brunswick have consistently gone out of their way to take care of my truck, usually without an appointment. They also do a lot of other types of repairs and their labor is very good and not as expensive as other places in the area. Thanks!
