Lindsey was the front desk attendant that answered the phone. She said she just started but she went above and beyond to help me out! She is one of the few people I've actually gotten to speak with on the phone. Even though they didn't take my insurance she tried to help me find a place that did. The call got disconnected and she even called back to make sure I got the information! What a sweetheart! Thanks Lindsey!
Excellent on every front. I researched optometrist offerings both medically as well as frames and lenses. I look for the best and that’s what they delivered, as opposed to average and below which is available anywhere. Thank you and I’ll see you again!
Dr. Wendy Parson is amazing! I had tried contacts few other times and I could not find the right fit. The other places I went before basically told me I was not able to wear contacts then I tried once more and I’m so glad I found Lees summit family Eye-care. Dr Parsons took the time and did not give up and I finally found the pair of contacts I needed. Super friendly and caring staff. 10/10, best eye doctor I’ve even been to.
This was the BEST Eye appointment I have ever had in my 51 years. I left feeling so much more educated about my eyes and the care they need with having diabetes. I felt completely safe with how they clean in between each appointment, taking temps and hand washing. The lobby was spotless and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable! I have found the best place to care for my eyes!
