Lee's Summit Family Eyecare is extremely responsive, prompt and patient. They went above and beyond coordinating with my vision insurance to maximize my benefits for my expensive contacts. In my past, I have had many good optometrists and a horrible one. I truly appreciate the attentive optometrist and extra effort of the staff at Lee's Summit Family Eyecare and highly recommend them.

Disappointed with the customer service. Workers are stuck up and rude over the phone. Short responses and act like it’s a burden to schedule an appointment. We really liked them when we started going to the blue springs location, however they closed and lees summit hasn’t been a pleasant experience.
