Direct Dodge Rip Off! Direct Dodge is the absolute bottom of the pit! Stay away! They'll lie to you all the way to the bottom line! We were interested in a vehicle they had advertised online. By the time we actually got to the dealership in person, this vehicle was gone and had supposedly been sold right out from under us. That's fine but we had already put a non-refundable deposit down for it in the amount of 500.00. Gave me the deal I wanted I went here to buy a new Town and Country with my husband. Despite the fact that I was buying the car, the salesman completely ignored me and spoke directly to my husband. Completely alienating me!! Actually, I found this funny. The good part, is that we got the deal we wanted with very little sweat and strife. I would definitly reccommend this establishment to others.

last BBB issue - never resolved these reviews look like they came straight from the employee sales cloud. when I went there the people were nice enough but they tried to pile more service and parts into what needed to be done. and the repair itself was never done right. which prompted me to file a complaint, which was never resolved. avoid them, they're not completely honest or thorough.
Good, honest car repair I feel comfortable taking my Dodge here for repairs. I don't feel like they are "taking me to the cleaners" like other smaller repair shops are known to do. We lost our keys and had to have them replaced. They have a microchip in them and only the dealership can cut the keys for it. They were honest about the cost and got it done very fast. They were really nice and professional. Their garage is sooo nice...felt bad driving your car into it. Just a bunch of honest, good guys!
Outstanding customer service Amazing customer service. I came with the car I wanted vin and window sticker print off from another dealer. Olathe dodge had no issues getting me the exact car I wanted and they even worked late to close the deal on our schedule. We have purchased 5 vechicles from them and each time are amazing at the outstanding customer service.
