Awesome work I love Lee's Service. You guys do awesome work! Love the convenience of you picking up and dropping off my car while I'm working. The only reason I didn't give an "Excellent" rating is because at my oil changes I'm usually offered some sort of upsell. Your employees are probably instructed to upsell different products - I understand that. However, if I don't get the product that is recommended or 'needed' (thinking I'll get it next time), I'm not offered the same product the next time. Which makes me believe tha... read more
