Came to buy a smoothie, coffee and baguettes today. When I tried to order the smoother, the young male cashier told me that they don't do smoothie today so I ordered the coffee and baguettes and wait. I saw two online order customers came in to pick up their order, they were and made the moothie for the customers. I came to the cashier, at this time is an elder woman told me they do make smoothie. Don’t believe the haters. I don’t care what anyone says, the Asian sandwiches here are to die for and my first one back when they were under $5 14 years ago changed my life. The worst customer service. This young guy all rude and zero people skills. That is crazy when coffee is $7 starting price. LEARN HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE WITHOUT THAT TONE. if you miserable, leave the industry you in. People struggling to make money and whoever is willing to spend $7+ on coffee should receiver proper customer service!!!!
The staff there has been working there for many years. I've been a customer there for many years. It seems like they have two people doing the work of four people. You go into other Lee's sandwiches with different ownership and they're well staffed. If they had two more p... read more
Specifically went for a teriyaki chicken ,asked 3 times before order, and then worker said no teriyaki. Will never back to that store. I've been to other Lee's and their great. Obviously NOT this one, and the bathrooms were gross!
