There need to be more clear, English-friendly explanations of the dishes offered, in my opinion. (For example, there's an entire section of tasty Vietnamese iced drinks whose signs are ENTIRELY in Vietnamese, thus bewildering a huge cross-section of Lee's market base.) Service is friendly, generally, but the owner's a real sour puss most of the time. Modest prices. Delicious food. Lots of paper and plastic waste, though -- a real downside for this locally owned part of a national franchise chain.
Western turkey and cheese style sandwichs available ... but I go for the more unique options like the grilled pork that you can only get at Lee's. Its a chain that I look for when driving about, great spot for lunch.
Hardly even had time to eat my sandwich during my lunch break. Was there for almost 20 minutes before I had a sandwich in my hand. Faster service is a must, I don't have all day to eat my lunch.
I see it as follows...BOTTOM LINE they have best value in their sandwiches. Where else can you get a NINE INCH Sandwich for $3? Better than subway in taste and value. They have some good drinks and boba too. Their baguettes use to be $1, now they are $1.25, still a steal. They open early 7am and have warm breakfast croissants ready to go or you can have it made fresh.
This place is good, the smoothie rock and the staff are nice and friendly, thank you BIANCA for taking my order.
Unexceptable Customer Service. The manager Lam is RUDE, ILLITERATE, INCOMPETENT, UNCIVILIZED AND HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OTHER THAN MAKING A SANDWHICH, HE CANNOT ADMIT NOR CORRECT HIS MISTAKE (DOUBLE TRANSACTION) HAD GO HOME PRINT BANK STATEMENT SHOWING TWO DEBIT FOR ONE ORDER, HE STILL WOULD NOT CREDIT ACCOUNT NOR WOULD HE GIVE ME HIS MANAGER'S NAME, I HAD TO CONTACT COPERATE OFFICE.. BAD BUSINESS.!
This place is really hitting it up. My standard on sandwiches just got higher when I went here. They make great tasting and fresh sandwiches.
Wish their coffee can be more consistent like Starbucks
