Nasty attitude from supervisors when trying to receive my disabled daughters equipment lady in the dark blue was laughing about my daughters disability when I asked to speak with manager her and her manager started laughing it off told me that they don’t get paid enough to care

I handed my prescription, they asked for my phone number and they told me it was gonna take 30 to 45 minutes, I said I was gonna wait. An hour passed and nothing so I asked and they said the insurance don't cover my meds I said "why didn't they tell me I'm right here" they said they were trying to call me but no answer. I have the phone on my hands! No calls whatsoever! Grrrr!!!
Never had an issue but today’s drive thru employee was rude & cut me off. Did not let me finish what I was saying
