Date of service: Saturday 5/2/26 The clear gel pedicure didn’t even last more than 2 hours. Started chipping. I was home by 12:45. It was coming off by 2:35 (before I could even leave my house for an event). They said I could come back and get it fixed. Now, why would I do that? Gel is supposed to last at least two weeks, not two hours … let alone clear gel. Incompetent. You would think by how long it took he was doing a good job.
The Service is horrible here. There is a Spanish light skin lady with a nasty attitude as if she is too good to be there. I went for a pedicure and it was a bad experience with her. Lee should not hire anyone with a nasty personality. If she do not want to do feet then find another job, simple…
I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and I’ve never experienced anything this unpleasant until yesterday. I came in for a simple pedicure, and the technician I was assigned had one of the most disgusting, unprofessional attitudes I’ve ever encountered. I don’t understand how you’ve done my eyebrows multiple times since I was a teenager. I haven’t been there in some time now you tell me they’re too thin and you’ve never seen that before? And the pedicure station looks disgusting.
