Steady customer who spends alot of money there and 1 nail out of 3 that were glued, came unglued. Thats not the problem!!!! Stuff happens but the problem is the way I was just spoken to by the owner's wife!! I am the customer relations manager for Nissan and the way she just spoke to me, she would have been fired on the spot. Change your tone Lady
