I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I walked in asking for a regular acrylic full set, and at no point did anyone tell me that they do not offer acrylic nails. Instead, the owner tried to pressure me into getting a UV gel set, even after I clearly explained that it was not the service I wanted. Rather than simply informing me that acrylic nails were not available, the owner became rude and developed an attitude because I declined the UV gel set. The place is okay; don’t expect for details on Pedicure or manicure with certain technicians. The regular customers love them so the place has some reputation with regulars.

I’ve been a customer for quite some time. Always use Kelly. Today when I went to check out, my services were $10 more than it should have been. When I questioned it, I was told that it was because the nail polish I chose had an up charge. You would think there was a sign or that Kelly would have informed me prior to beginning the services. I had to pay $5 extra for my manicure and another $5 extra for the pedicure. I know I should have argued that this should have been disclosed, since there’s no sign but I didn’t.
