I’ve been a customer for quite some time. Always use Kelly. Today when I went to check out, my services were $10 more than it should have been. When I questioned it, I was told that it was because the nail polish I chose had an up charge. You would think there was a sign or that Kelly would have informed me prior to beginning the services. I had to pay $5 extra for my manicure and another $5 extra for the pedicure. I know I should have argued that this should have been disclosed, since there’s no sign but I didn’t. So happy to have found this neighborhood salon. The women who run it are kind and caring.
I received the simplest services ever- which is what I wanted. Regular manicure and a spa gel pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure was so rough I had to ask her to stop. I definitely do not recommend this place.
