This review is long overdue. A few years ago Lee’s was able to help me fix some simple jewelry items and was not very expensive. But now they have really impressed me and I am so grateful. My mother bought a watch at Tissot in Switzerland in the 80s. She gave it to me when I went to college. We both loved it. Horrible experience resizing my engagement ring. Not only was I incorrectly sized by an employee and had to have it redone again, but when they made my ring larger again to be the correct size I received an uneven ring. I mentioned to the jeweler when he gave it back to me and he insisted my eyes were deceiving me. After using my tape measure I can see that my band is 1mm rather than 2mm in one spot. I thought I could trust this long time local establishment but will be staying far away.
