Went in to pick up an Uber Eats order. Gave them the name, they said they’re working on it. Cool, OK, I’ll wait. 10 minutes later, another food delivery driver comes in and they said his would be about five minutes. They offered him a free drink for waiting. After another 10 minutes, I ask what the status is on my order. They grab my order on the shelf, the order that has been sitting there since I have arrived. Savannah and Gina were so professional. The customer service was above the top. First time visiting this location & I'll definitely be back. Food was fresh and good too.
I called and was left on hold for 10 minutes then i called back and THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT MY ORDER THREW when i arrived they didn’t have MY ORDER now i don’t have lunch …and when i called back they didn’t even try to compensate me!!!! Like just do ya job!! This is ridiculous!!!!!
