Ordered online and said a 20 minute wait. Got there right on time and went in for pickup. There were several people in front of me being told they were out of whst they ordered. By the time I got to counter the 2 girls behind the counter ignored me. Now it's been 35 minutes from when I ordered. Finally I asked them for my order and they said they had no idea when it would be filled. Asked for a refund and they said they couldn't refund online orders. I said I had never ever been told that.
