That food was so gross they need to hire me it's sad that one pays so much of there hard worker for money to get disappointed by this dry Chicken Mac and Cheese should not even be on the menu and those Green Beans is Nasty Smdh ..... I would never recommend Lee's and this came from the one on glennway ave.....NASTY NASTY
My husband ordered two 3-piece crispy chicken dinners with green beans and coleslaw for carryout. (Amelia location) It takes 10-15 minutes to get home, and we opened the boxes immediately. BOTH boxes contained potato wedges instead of the coleslaw. I'm on a low-carb diet for medical reasons, so I can't have the potatoes, but we both tasted them, and they weren't edible. Had to have item replaced cause it was hard and unedible. Got home and new product was the same! Really thought the manager would provide freshly made product. When i called about the replacement's condition was told by manager that it was fresh but just fried too hard. Really? Knowing the product is not done correctly they still think it should be served with a "take it or leave it" attitude? We ate there tonight very small pieces of chicken the gizzards was awful mush the dog wouldn’t eat them . I won’t be back

The chicken is so delicious & not greasy! Portions are large. I had a corn on cob Friday &it was so sweet— best corn in quite sometime. I always go in to eat & have commented to others that whomever is responsible for hiring does an excellent job choosing counter people ( very warm & welcoming). Great customer service!
Food is great but customer service needs help. The older lady at the window (drive-thru) who served me the other day didn’t ask me if I wanted any sauce or anything so I forgot to tell her, and she was very rude. She needs training on how to treat people with respect and not give little looks like I’m not going to notice.
