I’ve done business here a few times too many, and this business is a joke. I’m surprised it’s been around as long as it has. Between closing early, opening late and customer service that’s subpar, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely have no problem paying more for better service.

It's a neat place to get customized shirts printed and embroidered. I didn't have the full details on the design so the lady there helped me with suggestions on fonts and designs for my shirts. I dropped off some shirts to get printed and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text saying that my order was ready for pick up, because it was a few days earlier than the due date. Will visit again~

Needed custom embroidery and a patch sewed on as a rush order as I was flying out of state. Originally was told 5 days which is completely reasonable; owner finished my project 3 days later allowing me to demo everything before I flew out. Excellent customer service in a weird off hallway location.
