The floral arrangement itself was beautiful, but my experience with the order process was frustrating. I originally placed an order for $40 worth of flowers with a $10 vase. However, when I arrived for pickup, I noticed the vase was missing, and instead, I had been given $50 worth of flowers. When I brought this to their attention, rather than adjusting for their mistake, they charged me an additional $10 for the vase.
