I am here last time and Thomas did great with my hair. This time I came terrible experience. First off (Kay) didn't know who was first so she said come on let's go in a demanding rushing way and i said the other guy came before me and she looked in frustration and said ok let's go rudely the guy was confused on the tone. I asked for a haircut and usually people come close you're never going to get the exact but this cut was way off. I still tipped well because its a service but never will come back again.
Thomas is Great ! Great service, little to no wait time.
Thomas Lee and the other barbers are detail oriented when cutting hair and they are very courteous.
