Terrible. Lied about when the work would be completed. Did not communicate changes to schedule. Held our vehicle for weeks. Had to call repeatedly to find out what was going on. Zero communication from them. Went to pick up vehicle (finally) and the secretary couldn't even look us in the eye. This shop gave us an estimate for specific service. Great. Then they ordered another part unbeknown to us, and installed it on our vehicle without consent, bumping their profit by a whopping 700.00. This is highly illegal. We were shock... read more
