Alberto was very quick, thorough, and courteous throughout the entire process, even though there was some confusion when scheduling the repair ....(toilet valve not flushing is different than flushing a water heater) !!! Thanks to Alberto and the office for straightening it out..... and fixing the toilet! 😁👍
