Jacob was very friendly.
Jacob arrived quickly on Memorial Day in the morning to solve a ball valve failure that was not allowing us to shut off the source to our ice maker which had failed overnight and started leaking into the freezer at a high rate. He took a look, he knew what he was looking at. He immediately gave me a quote. He immediately told me exactly what he was gonna do. He went out to the van. He got the parts and he got it done - problem solved.
Jacob was extremely respectful in a difficult situation.
The warranty checkup service was great and Joseph the technician was courteous and explained the system and also adjusted supply grills for better air movement. Joe checked out the Condensor to Confirm everything is according to spec. Installed replacement filter. Ran the CA to check out supplied air temp, etc.He will get someone out to install rubber pads under the feet of the Condensor unit to mitigate the vibration hum we hear in the house.
