Service person who helped me install a shower head and a bidet was rude. He said thats what happens when there isn't an man in the house and that this was the easiest 400 dollars he ever made.... I was going to let it go but when I paid him he said we were all good then today a month later I am being invoiced again because he entered the wrong date and th e card read expired so the payment t didn't go through. This company was incompetent and rude. The service was not worth it save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
From making the appointment to finishing the job Lee’s did a great job. They kept me informed about the arrival etc. Skyler Lendley arrived on time and explained both problems, source of the leek and went to work. Did a fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable, knew exactly what parts needed replacement, bought high quality parts , and when finished he tested everything. Update: I called Lee’s to hire them to install my new dishwasher after my great experience with them. When they came for my appointment, I was informed that it would cost me $1,100 to have my dishwasher installed. I declined, and proceeded to end my membership with Lees. Lees called me after I cancelled my membership over the insane price of the dishwasher installation. They offered to do it for $700 and a second year of a free membership which I declined. Skyler was phenomenal. I became a member of Lees just because of how amazing the service was. He was early to the appointment, super knowledgeable and real with me. I couldn’t have asked for a better plumber.
Josh was great. Worked quickly. Explained everything that needed to be done.
