This was about the most disheartening experience I can express with a law firm. I was referred here, and after several correspondences with Zoey, including phone conversations, I was excited to take the next step: a meeting to discuss the case and strategy. I was told, "We believe the case has strong structural merits," and I attempted to make the appointment. I was completely ignored!! No return phone calls, texts, or emails. Weeks wasted... don't waste your time!
NEVER hire a firm, in which you only get communication from someone who is not the attorney, and calling you and texting you after hours. Zoey Zhang is not only unprofessional, but she acts like she runs the law firm and is the attorney. Not once do you hear from the attorney. Beware of this law firm. If someone who is not that attorney is the only one connecting with you, and you never hear from the attorney themselves, then this place is a scam.

Would NEVER refer this law firm to anyone. Zoey was awful in communication, and would communicate outside of business hours. I have a winning case and she acknowledged that, but the attorneys want easy money, not cases where they have to work for the money. What a scam of a law firm. This firm is dishonest and a joke.
