Having worked there, I can't honestly recommend the service to anyone. The team does their best, but there just isn't enough staff or resources. The managers keep having more and more duties piled on as the staff team get smaller and smaller and the number of properties they're responsible for gets larger and larger. No one could keep up, and service will decline across the board as a result.
Absolutely the worst! Do not waste your time! I tried to rent from this company. We got off to a bad start. We had an appt. to view a place at 2:15 pm on June 29th, 2023. I was on time, they were not. They were late by 20 mins. They then sent me an app.. I filled it out but when it came to my employment history, I put that I am retired (I am 70).
