Did this rheumatologist thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider explain your test results to you? Absolutely. Every detail was explained to me

The only good thing about this office is the location, it was easy enough to find. My first meeting with Dr. H. Singh lasted about 10 minutes tops. My memory is that he didn't even look me in the eye when he spoke to me. He squeezed my fingers and knees and told me I had Lupus, wrote me a prescription and sent me off. My follow-up appt wasn't much better. He raised his voice at me and insulted me with rude comments and a lack of respect. Needless to say I never went back. Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider thoroughly explain the dosage, scheduling, and side effects of your medication? Not very thoroughly. I was given a very brief explanation Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this rheumatologist's office? They were average Was it easy to make an appointment with this rheumatologist? Yes Was this rheumatologist able to answer all of your questions? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
