To be honest this guy is the worst dentist I have been to in my entire life. For starts I lived in Moore for a little under three years saw him my last two. He made wrong steps at every turn and I will list them here. 1. First visit he shows up late and decides I’m only allowed to fill out paper and refuses to see me since he doesn’t have enough time and it will mess with the other patients appointments 2. The doctor, his staff and facility are great! In a time where Covid makes us all feel a little uneasy, I felt very comfortable at Moore Smiles and the procedure they have put in place to keep their staff and their patients safe. Laura was absolutely amazing with my three year old!
My family and I have been going to this dentist for about 16 years or more and they have absolutely horrible office personnel if you’re trying to get a bill worked out they will talk over you until you just don’t even want it try and pay it. We had switched insurances like a lot of families do and they ran our daughters service on the wrong insurance yet they had the new insurance on file but we were stuck with the full amount of the bill.
