Stay away from all Leemar properties! Worst rental experience of my life -- building is not maintained (stained lobby rug, elevator needs new cab & system, plumbing needs updating, exterior needs maintenance, leaks, etc.).
is this business for real? first it took 2 years for lemar and joanne to mail a refund deposit check THEN they stopped payment on it when i went to their bank! They don't answer the phone , when they do they put you on hold! what to do?
The absolute worst. No consideration for the people and look to bill for everything - very very minor stuff will result in fines so be careful before choosing any building run by LeeMar Management. Phone representatives are useless and nothing ever gets done, would recommend choosing a different building if possible. Hopefully this review is useful for anyone seeking to live within the strict confines of LeeMar Management.
