Worst customer service.
Peter the delivery guy was excellent. He was polite, helpful and kept me updated when delivering my products. He also went out of his way and installed a toilet seat that was purchased from another company, which he didn’t have to do. Very pleasant guy
ILS have a great range of solutions, their team was super helpful and had a genuine interest in helping me leading up to and post my hip replacement surgery. I highly recommend them!
