I am writing to express my disappointment with the Leeds housing authority, which has been the most negative experience of my life. Despite my 41 years, I have never felt so disrespected, primarily due to my skin tone. As a parent, my goal is to provide my child with an optimal environment. Great program for single mothers and children. All properties are clean and maintained well. Great maintenance men. Come on time. Gets the job done. Really great staff. From the main office to the fields. Tammy and Jan are wonderful! I would most definitely go back if I ever needed to in the future. There's always a waiting list, but moves faster than most cities.
To ask for.a 600.credit score from.people who are applying is absolutely crazy!! U can get a fha home loan with less credit then that!! WHO YALL TRHUNG TO KEEP OUT??
The ladies are rude, and getting repairs are com complicated.
