Helen Bailey and the team, thank you so much! I had a colonoscopy here on the 11th of November. And I want to say big thank you to the whole team working on that day and special gratitude to Helen Bailey, my endoscopist. I was scared of the procedure, but Helen and the whole team made me feel so comfortable and at ease, I wasn't in pain, I felt good during and afer the procedure. I had such a lovely experience at the delivery suite, thanks to the amazing midwives Sophie and Mia. Sophie was the one who showed me around the delivery suite and clearly explained all the procedures on the day she was so calm, kind and reassuring, which really helped me feel at ease. Mia looked after me during labour itself and was absolutely brilliant — patient, attentive and genuinely caring throughout. I wanted to personally thank Mr Panas Symeonides for his kind, caring, and reassuring approach. Before my appointment in July, I was quite apprehensive about my situation. However, from the moment Mr Symeonides saw me in clinic, his thorough examination and clear discussion put me at ease. Been in a&e today (sent by 111) the day shift doctor tall ish lady blond hair was an absolute dream. So caring, understanding and kind. Told me I would be admitted to St James. This was approx 3pm. At 10pm I had gone 7 hours no fluid, no pain relief, no anti sickness and no water and felt worse than when I had arrived around 8am.
