I used to very much enjoy LeeAnn Chin's in Apple Valley. I haven't been in some time, but sold a first date on meeting at the LAC in Ridgedale. We were getting the Imperial Plates and I talked up the Lemon Chicken. What an embarrassment. First this location no longer offers this 'core menu item'. We decided to go with orange chicken and bourbon chicken, and bourbon chicken and potstickers. The portions are no where near what was served at AV, and half of the chicken was grisly and inedible. When corporate managers visit the Eagan location, portion sizes go down drastically. I go to Leeann Chin when I'm hungry, not when I want a snack. Today I feel I got terribly ripped off. I go to this location once every week. I'm a very loyal customer. I know the staff, not personally, but can tell when someone new is there. This week, it was clear the corporate manager was there today, and was the one running the show.
