First time I ordered here. I always order quart of bourbon chicken at Leeann Chin. But at this location, the worker didnt KNOW rice comes with it. Then I explained that rice does and so she (I ASSUMED) she filled it to only find out it's HALF FULL!! I paid $28 for this and I didnt get the correct portion. I will never come to this location again!

Well first thing is reviews that are 8 years or older. Second, your boiler plate responses to negative reviews don't seem to be honest. They seem to be an attempt to placate the reviewers. Good reviews get details from the post itself. After reading most all of the reviews, I have chosen not to order from your restaurant.
