5 meals, all options swimming in sauce. 2pm and restaurant is dead, but 80% of the tables are dirty, trash on the floor throughout the dining area, and had to wait on both orange and sesame chicken. The worst: The men's room. After informing the manager about the poop-covered toilet and extremely slippery floors... they cleaned the toilet. God forbid someone slips, falls, and they get sued. The food was awful. I made sure to go before the lunch rush, hoping everything was fresh, and it looked like it had sat there already for HOURS, the color of both my chickens didn't even look right, looked black. And The noodles were mushy. Ugh. Just gross.
Service is hit or miss based on who is working..
Drive through was closed off, more than 30 minutes before closing, so not sure why? Out of dessert I had ordered. Chicken dish I ordered had only 3-4 pieces of chicken, 1 of which was mostly bone and fat. Had to go in for my pick up order. Not very friendly service either.
