I understood it would be a fast food experience, but felt it should have been better. The specialty drink was not cold or particularly good. The firecracker shrimp was a bit chewy and the bourbon chicken looked better than it tasted.
Very friendly service; I was even asked if I'd like to sample an item before I ordered to ensure I'd like it.
I had ordered some food and it was not fresh it's almost taste like it was a day or two old the shrimp they don't clean their shrimp they just fry it all the way it is with the shells and everything and the chicken was dry. For the price I paid for that I could have gone to Jimmy John's and got a much better meal. Never will I go back to this location!!!!
