We’ve had an excellent experience with Dr Ubaldo and all staff at this office. My son just got his braces off today and we’re so delighted! Judging from his original x rays, he’s been spared from a lifetime of jaw pain and complications, and his smile is beautiful! The office has always been very friendly, easy to communicate with, and flexible with changes. The office is also clean and pleasant. We’re very happy and would heartily recommend this practice.
Dr. Ubaldo and her team provided an excellent experience here for me and my son! He got his braces at 9 years old. Being consistent with his expander took some time, but we were always treated with respect and understanding, and my son was never shamed. Recently, he had a wire that was poking his gums, and the tech/assistant stayed a little later after closing to help him since we had gotten out late after school. Over my 3+ year long journey with braces, the staff at Lyfesmiles never failed to live up to that name. Every appointment, regardless of if it was in the early morning or late afternoon, they would always greet me with a smile and happily guide me through the process and progress for that appointment. Dr. Ubaldo and her team have been fantastic throughout our child's orthodontic treatment. Every visit reflects the same high standards--excellent technical care, genuine warmth with kids, and a team that keeps scheduling smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend.
