BEWARE DONT GO HERE!!! This place will lie to you. Went in for a toothache and was told i needed a crown. After waiting for my insurance to approve it they did the procedure but I specificlly ask them i did not want to do the procedure unless ALL of it was approved. I told them this because i know how some dentist can be, by doing the work and not fully finishing it. Thats basiclly what happened! Honestly thee worst dentist I've seen/been to. And I've been to a few. This dentist messed up my wife's teeth, misnumbered teeth that were still in place and "disappeared" the wrong teeth and it smells of mildew and mold. Wrong procedure after wrong procedure,painful shot after painful shot, we finally had enough and went to a new dentist and had them explain to both of us that half of the procedures that were performed by Yoo, or whoever, were completely unnecessary, and the procedures that they were trying to make us pay f... read more
Highly unprofessional! When I WAS going there the dentist first was very rough with the numbing shots and everything else he did. Second THE MAIN REASON I DIDNT GO BACK.. THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE. They are very rude and disrespectful, no phone training or front desk training AT ALL and it shows with the way THEY talk. Also I was told by THE FRONT DESK that the dentist is an orthodontist not a dentist when I had a problem the LAST time I was there, so why is he touching teeth for and doing procedures? I had a cavity and they did the procedure fast and with hardily any pain. They were very nice and didn’t wait very much.
