Sadly I have to leave a star, this company absolutely does not deserve even that. I had originally contacted this company in July 2024. Actually spoke with Mr. Green, got some info from him due to Kim being away at the moment. I got the info needed from me to them, the next day or so through email. Kim gave me a call the next day to inform me of cost and that they were 3 months back logged. Wasn't thrilled but understood they were busy. Unprofessional. They were supposed to complete a survey for me for me to close on my housevand now they're late, which is costing me money becsuse i have to pay for a hotel now. Don't take a job and make promises you can't keep.
