I paid Proflowers for Deluxe and they contracted out with floris and sent a mini bunch of grocery store flowers in a bouquet just larger than an apple. I've asked for a full refund from Proflowers and I hope they cancel their account with this business.
Bought an Exquisite bouquet of roses and carnations for my wife for Valentine's Day through FTD. They were never delivered, nor did I get any communication from this florist. Stay away! On the 17th I was offered to deliver them now for 50% off. You've got to be joking. Go somewhere else and don't go through FTD, as they use this flower shop.
I ordered flowers thru an online website that works with local florists to fill its orders. I chose a "premium" ($75) birthday arrangement for my friend's 50th. When I saw pictures of what Lee Winters sent I was immediately embarrassed and angry! I could have bought a $10 bouquet of flowers at Walmart that would have looked better! I contacted the online company (I won't be using them again either) and had then send the arrangement from a different florist. I ordered flowers from Proflowers And it was fulfilled by Lee Winters… My girlfriend ended up with the Temu version of the flowers. Here’s a picture of what I bought, and what I received.
