Dr Wiley listened to my concerns. Explained in detail for me. Made me feel 100%comfortable in proceeding with removing my cataracts. Very compassionate doctor who seems to care about his patients!!
First, let me say that the customer service was impeccable! From the meet-and-greet with the customer service rep who collects ducks, to Dr. Wiley's assistant who conducted my first eye exam, everything was excellent. This was my first visit with Dr. Wiley, and he is awesome. I loved his humor, and his chairside manner was great as well. I will definitely recommend him to others!
Dr Wiley has a great bedside compassion. From day 1 that I met him … he completely cared for every fear I was dealing with. He is an expert in the field of cornea care and the diseases of the cornea. He went through all the procedures with expertise ! He gave his recommendation and went through every detail . I felt at peace with his taking care of me.
