Explained clearly what to anticipate for my up and coming cataract surgerys
I was adjusting to new progressives and wondering if they were correct, and I made a last-minute appt here. Over the phone they indicated that I would have to pay out of pocket because insurance only covered one exam; they quoted a price that was less than $100. I said fine. After the exam, I tried to pay, but they said no. I received a bill for $285, which is not the negotiated cost with insurance, but what they tried to bill insurance.
